The Big Orange Splot team’s expertise in earned-income social enterprise management includes providing financial and strategic consulting to earned-income ventures in Arizona, Connecticut, and California. CEO Rochelle Alley also oversaw the growth of the Children’s Bureau’ s earned-income software venture from small project to revenue-generating business serving New York City, Los Angeles County, and nonprofits throughout the U.S. and Canada.

Governmental Systems Change
Big Orange Splot, LLC, offers deep expertise in leading governmental change initiatives. Most recently we have been supporting Center for Strategic Partnerships in numerous system change efforts, including driving multiple foster care improvement projects and nurturing multiple cross-sector initiatives that bridge philanthropic and governmental leaders to improve how LA County supports family health and safety.
Past project highlights have included supporting the Los Angeles County Department of Children & Family Services and Office of Child Protection in implementing Family First system changes, developing Invest LA strategic plans, and launching their Thriving Families partnership with Casey Family Programs and the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. Additional highpoints include supporting the Department of Public Health and First 5 LA for strategic planning and implementation for their home visiting portfolios.Current and past governmental clients:
